Each year our circle has grown and I'm happy to include everyone's order. To ease this process, I've created a simple order form please see the link below. You will find current prices and chocolate descriptions on the form as well. Here are a few important things to note about chocolate ordering:

ORDER FORM

• Last day to place orders is Monday, Nov 2nd.
• Orders will be available for pickup in Logan & Centerville starting November 9th.
• Payment is due at time of ordering 
• Whole cases only- lots of people pair up and split cases.
